Osteoporosis (bone loss) can affect us all. Women more often and earlier due to the hormonal changes in menopause, but also men lose bone density in old age. In this lecture we will take a look at the symptoms of the disease and connect it to the naturopathic and holistic approach from Ayurveda and Yoga. In order to form bone substance, we need, among other things, a well-functioning digestive system that can process all relevant nutrients and also a trained musculature that enables us to make movements that stimulate bone metabolism. Both suffer with age - and you can support both.
