Svastha in Sanskrit means: being established in one’s own Self.

It describes a state of inner balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Health arises when we are connected with ourselves and our system can respond flexibly to the demands of life.

In my work, I integrate this perspective with a modern understanding of salutogenesis. I support people—both in my naturopathic practice and in my yoga teaching—in strengthening their capacity for self-regulation: in metabolism, the nervous system, and everyday life.

Depending on individual needs, the approach may vary:
as therapeutic guidance or through group and one-on-one yoga sessions.

Both complement each other seamlessly when needed.

Naturopath Practice

Ayurveda is considered the "science" of longevity and integrates yoga into its applications. The goal is to live a healthy and active life into old age.
