Sugar has both good and bad effects on our bodies. More and more people are suffering from the consequences of too much sugar in their blood - diabetes and pre-diabetes.

In this workshop we will look at the consequences of too much sugar in the blood and ways from yoga and Ayurveda to avoid blood sugar spikes. Course languange ist German.
