On the weekend of February 23rd and 24th, Birgit and I will be in Landau at the 10th Symposium of the AG Diabetes, Sport and Exercise. We will be presenting the practical possibilities of yoga to doctors, therapists and exercise instructors. We are looking forward to the exchange!
